The Person Behind Your Emails
I’m the founder of Prestige Assist, and yes, I started out as a virtual assistant during the pandemic, like many people did.
What I didn't expect was how much I'd grow to love the work.
Over the years, I partnered with tech startups, marketing agencies, and e-commerce brands—supporting teams across admin, lead generation, CRM management, social media, and more. I got really good at understanding how businesses run behind the scenes, how customers behave, and how the right systems can make or break a brand's growth.
Then in June 2023, something clicked.
I was working with an ecommerce brand selling medical equipment—handling both their social media and email marketing—and I fell completely in love with ecommerce. The pace, the data, the relationship between a brand and its customers. I knew then that this field was where I wanted to go deep.
So I made email marketing my specialty.
Everything I'd learned about operations, systems, and customer management suddenly had a home. Because great email marketing isn't just about pretty designs or catchy subject lines—it's about understanding people, building trust, and creating a consistent experience that turns browsers into buyers and buyers into loyal fans.
